All puppies attending the Puppy Course must have completed their full course of vaccinations, prior to attending classes.
The courses are for dogs of a sound temperament. Dogs who show aggression and/or an adverse reaction to being in close contact with other dogs would be better having a one-to-one session, in the first instance. If you would like Katie to assess your dog, prior to booking onto a course, please contact her.
When you come along to classes, make sure that you have plenty of tasty treats with you, that will motivate, reward and positively encourage your dog.
If you cancel your booking after paying for the course, and prior to the course starting, you will be entitled to a refund if you cancel at least one week before the course commences (minus a handling/admin fee of £12). Any bookings cancelled within a week of the course start date will be considered on an individual basis.
Check/choke chains or prong collars will not be allowed and if your dog is wearing one when you turn up at the training hall you will be asked to remove it immediately. Any other negative/punishment and coercive training aids are also prohibited. Negative/punishment and coercive training methods are also not allowed. All of the equipment, aids and training methods used at Kadarow are positive, rewarding and kind.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing to the following: "I understand that my dog must be on lead at all times (inside and outside the hall), unless instructed otherwise. I understand that my dog must be kept under control by me at all times, and that I am responsible for my dog’s actions whilst on the training premises."
